  • Avoca Sands enjoys one of the area`s most sought-after locations, directly opposite Avoca Lake and Beach, and within easy reach of everything that makes Avoca Beach so special.
    Spend your days swimming at the patrolled surf beach, exploring the rock pool, paddling on the lake, or enjoying the playground with the children. Wander into the village to discover boutique shops, beachfront cafes, restaurants, and the much loved Avoca Beach Picture Theatre, renowned for its unique atmosphere and mix of independent films, live performances, and latest releases. For active guests, enjoy tennis, barefoot bowls, kayaking, paddle boarding, scenic coastal walks, and all the natural beauty the Central Coast has to offer.
    Accommodating up to 12 guests (maximum 10 adults), plus three cots for little ones, Avoca Sands features:
    - 5 comfortable bedrooms (one king bed, two queen beds, two double beds and a bunk bed (two singles).
    - 3 bathrooms, plus toilet
    - 2 separate indoor living areas across two levels
    - Fully equipped kitchen and dining spaces
    - Large, fully fenced backyard with plenty of room for children and pets to play
    - Children`s Cubby House with swings and slide. Large Trampoline
    - Outdoor entertaining area with BBQ
    - Ping pong table in garage for family fun
    The flexible layout provides space for everyone, with separate upstairs and downstairs living zones, ideal for multiple families travelling together.
