Top Level has a modern kitchen with dining and living areas that open up to the large, sunny deck with retractable screens.
A large master suite with a queen size bed, air-con & ceiling fan, walk in robe and ensuite.

Lower Level, bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with air-con, bedroom 3 has two single beds and a ceiling fan, bedroom 4 has a set of king single bunks and air-con, with access to back deck.

Modern bathroom on this level also with a bath. Laundry with washing machine and dryer.

The double garage downstairs has been converted into an additional living space with lounge, TV, pool table and table tennis to enjoy.

Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children's playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.
