There is a 3-bedroom home (sleeping up to 7 people) has the added convenience of three bathrooms and air-conditioning with an open plan living, kitchen and dining area The downstairs unit offers 2 bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchenette and living room. The front deck offers magical 180-degree panoramic views of the ocean and beautiful Avoca Beach. Kids will return from a day in the surf with sand on their feet and a smile on their face. This is a wonderful escape your daily 'grind' with mornings overlooking the beach, and afternoons watching the surfers on the Point. Cafe, restaurants and the historical picture theater all only 50m away, the location of your holiday home could not be better. There is a great kiddies rock pool, as well as a patrolled beach area with a surf club. Just off the beach is a fantastic kid’s playground, and plenty of cafes along the beach. By taking a flat 10-minute stroll from the patrolled area you will find yourself in the main street of Avoca with many more cafes, restaurants and boutique stores. You can even take in a movie at the heritage Avoca Beach Picture Theatre. Other activities in Avoca Beach include stand up paddle boarding, paddle boat hire in the lake, tennis court hire, surfing & surfing lessons, bush walking, beach and also lake fishing. Every fourth Sunday of the month Avoca Beachside Markets are held from 9am – 2pm at Heazlett Park Foreshore with a range of pop up stalls, markets and food stores. With a range of activities to do Avoca Beach if perfect for the family, friends or even to just enjoy a quiet couples escape. The downstairs separate accommodation is seamlessly integrated with the upstairs accommodation so easy for us all to enjoy the large spaces and stunning views. The cleaners hadn't done a great job, but I reported it to the agent, so I think it will be addressed. The beds and linen were fabulous and so comfortable. There are about 50 stairs to the front door so worth considering if you have any mobility issues. But so worth it for the view. We will be staying there again. ##### Bambi S.
