At the heart of the Côte des Blancs in the Champagne area, discover the charming village of Avize. Our cozy flat is perfect to discover the many winegrowers around.
Free Parking, Bakery, and many local shops nearby.

Ideally located less than 10 km from Epernay the Capital of Champagne, this charming apartment with air conditioning will welcome you in one of its two comfortable bedrooms decorated on the theme of champagne.
This apartment with exposed beams also has a large living room including a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
Concerned about the environment, we are trying to do our part to help the planet by applying eco-conscious efforts in our accommodations: the “Grand cru” is equipped with energy-saving lighting, water-saving taps, and a heat pump.
It is fully equipped with furniture, kitchen essentials (dishes, glassware, utensils, coffee, tea, etc.)… We provide bed sheets and towels. Cleaning fee is included in the price.
Champagne bottles are available in the fridge for an additional cost.
You will feel right at home!

We can advise you wine tourism activities to discover the hills and Champagne Houses classified as UNESCO World Heritage and become a Champagne expert, such as : vineyard and cellar tours, "sabrage" lesson and tastings in the building's traditional champagne cellar… (additional cost)

Lovely first stay after landing at CDG. Cozy and comfortable apartment at ground level with bakery and butcher just out the door for fresh breakfast goodies. Simple access and great communication from the hosts. Love it!

Avize - Jumping into France

We booked this property for our first night in France and our last two nights before flying home. The location is great, not too far from CDG airport with all the amenities one looks for in Champagne: Boulangerie, Charcuterie and Champagne all within minutes on foot. Great location and cozy, comfy apartment. Simple, easy access with great communication with the hosts. We would definitely book here again.
