The house is located at the entrance of the town with magnificent views of the walls of Avila, the most emblematic monument of Avila. To the house of typical rural architecture, built with traditional materials, granite stone and wood finishes is accessed from a small porch, the house has two floors, on the floor below is the living room, kitchen, a small toilet all of shared use and one of the rooms and on the top floor are the rest of the rooms and two bathrooms. Mónica desde el primer momento nos facilitó todo, la casa está totalmente equipada, el patio donde le da el solecito todo el día es estupendo y la barbacoa al lado es todo un detalle, en todas las habitaciones dejó toallas y las camas equipadas, tiene dos baños completos con unas bañeras hermosas y el agua caliente duró para todos sin problemas y la calefacción funcionaba perfectamente, a pesar de que el tiempo nos acompañó siempre por la noche en Avila refresca y no pasamos nada de frío. Tiene la casa adornada al mínimo detalle con muy buen gusto. Por poner una pega, la habitación que está al lado del calentador, al ir en un grupo y cada uno levantarse a una hora y ducharse, la caldera sonaba mucho y los que dormian al lado se despertaron a la misma hora que el primero. Pero en lineas generales repetiria sin ninguna duda!!además que Mónia nos dejó entrar a la hora que queriamos y nos dejó salir sin problema a la hora que quisimos también. La casa es preciosa, muy luminosa, soleada y estaba muy limpia. En cuanto al equipamiento, no le falta de nada y en cantidad. La chica que vino a darnos las llaves (no es la dueña) estuvo muy amable y nos explicó todo lo que necesitábamos saber para disfrutar la casa. El patio también es magnífico y los muebles, una maravilla (mis hijos se los querían traer para casa). Y, para que no todo sean flores, y poniéndome muy quisquillosa, yo eliminaría parte de la decoración que, aunque preciosa en general, para mi gusto está un poquito recargada, pero como no iba a quedarme a vivir allí, pues me vale. Tampoco tiene muy buenas vistas, el entorno es un poco feo, pero con mirar hacia dentro ya está. La casa es muy acogedora, está decorada con gusto y tiene todas las comodidades de una casa habitada. No disfrutamos del patio por el frío, pero seguro que en época estival se goza mucho. La casa estaba limpia y ordenada, con ropa de cama y toallas de sobra, excepto para la cuna, que tuve que llevarme yo y suerte que lo consulté...El tema desayunos muy bien, pero no es tan amplio como se indica en las caracteristicas. El entorno muy tranquilo, un pueblo a escasos 5 km de la ciudad, lo que hace a esta casa ideal. Cuando llegamos nos dijo que nos fuéramos a pasear para que pudiera limpiar. Se le olvidó cuándo llegaríamos de EEUU. Ni nos dió a firmar el registro, ni nos dió un recibo. La comida del desayuno estaba contada hasta el último gramo, y el pan estaba rancio. Nos dejó un refrigerador sucio, con comida que olía mal. También dejó ropa sucia y enmohecida en la lavadora. Se nos prohibió el uso de varios aparatos y muebles. La recámara era demasiado pequeña para que dos personas se movieran al mismo tiempo. Las dos otras estaban cerradas a llave. El césped detrás de la cocina no se había podado en meses. Parece ser que la casa es donde vive la dueña cuando no tiene huéspedes. El colmo fueron los 8 vecinos, de vacaciones como nosotros, ruidosísimos y peleándose durante dos noches. Lástima.
