Terrible customer service, if there is service. All of the beds have no number, and then the front desk asked me: how it’s possible for me to remember the beds number inside 23 rooms? LoL
I’m so sorry but I’m going to have to say that it was not a good experience. I went to this hostel with no bug bites and left with 30+ bug bites...Sadly, I am not exaggerating. I have photo proof. I told a staff member that I think there’s bugs in the room, and he said there’s no bed bugs. He did spray some bug spray around the bed, but it didn’t help. Also, there was only one working shower. I would like a refund.
Dirty, dirty, and dirty. Service is REALLY poor too. Do NOT come here, won't recommend it.
Cool place. Friday and Saturday nights are very noisy. Nice staff.
Stopped in 8 bed room. Quiet time of the year so there was pretty much no one in there. Very good location and great comfort along with great staff. Showers and toilets good. Kitchen was a bit poor having only a microwave to do any food but did have a fridge to keep drinks and food. Wi-Fi was a bit temperamental. Would be fine, then just go off for half hour, then come back.
