Depending on who you speak, they will tell you different things. I was charged twice for my stay and still waiting for my refund, after 7 days of check out. "

"We stayed here recently as it is one of our favourite hotels in Calgary. The spacious rooms and bathroom are marvellous and designed for the convenience of the guest. There is also a lovely restaurant in the hotel. Our only complaint was that we could not turn the room temperature down to what we like at night (which is a cooler room) as the thermostat wouldn't go below a certain temperature. That said, we were able to open the window which made a difference. This hotel is centrally located and you can't get a more convenient shopping and dining location. Highly recommend. "
