Updates include new flooring, new kitchen, new furniture, new vanities and tile floors in bathrooms, new stainless-steel kitchen appliances and new lighting. There is a decoration wood burning fireplace in the living room. The weather wasn’t the best but because it came with a heated pool we enjoyed our time. We did late night swims to about 2am, water temp was about 85-90\. You can adjust the temp you want the water to be. Front and back deck which was great, the park if you have little ones is a 4 minute walk. Overall, the property is good. The pool is nice. The house is recently renovated. Some of the renovations seemed to take a bit of a shortcut. For example, the vertical blinds are already broken, and we had a leak in the kitchen sink, but the property manager is very nice and responsive.
