The hotel provided luggage service from the pier so we were able to enjoy a lovely lunch before checking in without having to haul around our bags. Bay, Chris and Oliver assisted us at the front desk. They were courteous, informative and professional. There was even champagne and chocolates waiting for us in our clean and comfortable room to celebrate a birthday. What pleasant surprise! Everything about our stay was amazing. I plan on returning again and again and will stay nowhere but at the Atwater Hotel.

Had some hic-ups checking in using the Hinton app. Needed to go to the front desk to get my credit card updated. The woman who checked us in was extremely polite and helpful. Our room was spotless, bed was extremely comfortable. The landscape of the property was really well done as well as a picturesque waterfall structure in view for the people to enjoy from the dining area.
