This is a comfortably decorated two-level condo. The two bedrooms and baths are located on the second floor, and a queen sofa sleeper, daybed, and half bath are on the first floor. You will find tile floors in the entry, kitchen and bathrooms, and carpet throughout rest of condo. | is vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

***Bahia Vista pool has re-opened. Hours of operation: 9am-9pm daily. The jacuzzi is only heated during the weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) until Memorial weekend. Both pool and jacuzzi will be heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day and during Thanksgiving and Christmas break.**
This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups.
NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules.
You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed.

Really nice stay

The condo was spacious, comfortable, and very conveniently located. Check in was easy and the WiFi worked as advertised. We had a wonderful stay. The condo did have a few areas that could have benefited from some extra attention. The showerheads were extremely low and the tempature control for the one in the master bedroom was broken. The cable boxes were pretty antiquated and did not get very many channels. Some of the silverware had was not super clean and there was old food splatter on the side of the fridge.

All was excellent. A few things that should be taken care of before renting again…the fire alarms needs a new battery, the sink on the main floor does not drain well and the bath faucet leaks.

Sadly the plumbing was problematic. The condo was very comfortable and homey. I slept very well in my bed. My friends who I brought along for fun were complainers about everything except the weather😜.

Bahia vista Avalon Catalina island

Great place to stay. Nice and quiet! Perfect for families and very relaxing. Dealing pool and easy access, not a far walk at all from the pier!!!
