  • Close to Circuit du Val de Vienne, this well-equipped, historic cottage in a quiet location for up to six guests has views over the river and countryside. Three bedrooms - a large master and two further adjoining rooms - plus a sofa bed in the living room. Please note, there are some low doorways and internal steps.

    Availles-Limouzine, a charming village on the Vienne river, has a bakery, a general store and a weekly market. You will also find a very good restaurant and a cafe/bar in season.

This was our second stay at this lovely house with our 2 large breed dogs. The garden is completely secure and the house exceptionally clean with the most comfortable bed. Lots of information leaflets about the surrounding area which were very helpful. The host was friendly and accommodating and we would highly recommend.

Une maison de rêve à la campagne

Tout est parfait ! La maison est encore mieux que sur les photos ou sur l’annonce. Chaque détail est pensé pour le confort de l’invité. La cuisine est remarquablement équipée. Sur la grande table de ferme de la salle à manger, il y a même un panier avec quelques produits régionaux offerts. la literie est très confortable, c’est très agréable d’arriver et de disposer du linge de maison, et des lits déjà faits. Les balades dans les environs sont agréables, la Vienne est une très jolie rivière, et il est très agréable de la regarder en prenant son petit déjeuner dans le jardin. Nous avons également pu nous y baigner, sur la petite plage aménagée non loin. Un mot sur la déco très cocooning et qui met à l’aise tout de suite, et donne envie de rester… .. ou de revenir ! Thank you so much .
