C'est une maison froide et très rustique qui mériterait quelques emménagements. Cependant, nous y avons passé d'agréables vacances pendant une semaine. Le côté "vieillot" de la maison nous ramène à plus de simplicité et d'authenticité et nous rappelle que l'avoir est parfois bien superflu ce qui est plutôt une bonne chose. Inutile de parler de la région elle est magnifique. Quant au propriétaire c'est un homme discret et à l'écoute des remarques qui peuvent lui être faites. Je recommande cette maison. Maison rustique dans un cadre très calme, l'accueil a été chaleureux et le propriétaire est très à l'écoute quant à ce qu'il faudrait améliorer pour que le séjour soit parfait. Logement parfait pour une famille ou des amis très proches car les chambres à coucher sont en enfilade et il faut passer par la dernière pour accéder à la salle de bain à l'étage. Autre chose à savoir, s'agissant d'une maison de ville, le jardin qui apparaît sur les photos ne jouxte pas la maison, mais il faut la contourner pour y accéder. Seul petit hic, la maison n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée, il y avait des signes des locataires précédents, mais le propriétaire n'habitant pas sur place nous ne pouvons pas le blâmer. A conseiller à ceux qui aiment le calme, la nature, les balades et les activités en plein air. ##### barbara B. Nous avons passé une semaine formidable en Auvergne, mais les paysages y sont pour la totalité. Il n'est pas question de remettre en cause la maison en elle-même (qui selon l'annonce se trouvait à Cunhlat, commune de 1200 habitants avec les commodités mais qui en fait se trouvait à Auzelles, 8km plus loin, très jolie bourgade de 300 habitants, ce n'est pas un problème en soi, mais ce fût déjà une première surprise, sachant que nous devions donc prendre la voiture pour n'importe quel besoin, famille avec 3 jeunes enfants). La maison en elle-même est une maison de bourgade, dans son jus, loin du confort moderne mais ce n'est pas un souci, au contraire je dirai, cela montre aux enfants que le confort n'est pas pour tout le monde, retour aux sources. Mais voilà, en surface, elle était relativement propre, en réalité, elle ne l' était pas. Nous avons donc commencé par faire place nette... Cela ne nous a pas gâché la semaine, mais, c'est dommage, nous avons la ferme intention de revenir très souvent en Auvergne, particulièrement dans cette partie là, le calme et la beauté des paysages nous ont fait un bien fou. ##### Thomas J.
