nelly ruamps09:50 (il y a 1 minute)À ABRITELLocation extrêmement décevante:tout est vieillot,dans "son jus" sans aucun effort d'accueil du voyageur:seaux et produits ménagers posés sur le buffet,table à déplacer pour accéder aux ustensiles de cuisines,couvertures extrêmement usagées et toutes dépareillées,pas de produit pour la vaisselle à la main ni une dose de café alors qu'il n'y a pas de commerce dans le hameau... si la nuitée est d'un prix raisonnable, on se demande à quoi correspondent les frais de services, comptés en sus du ménage.d'énormes améliorations doivent être apportées

Maison mal entretenu

Nous avons loué cette maison en mai 2024. Aucun contact personnel, check in et chek out sans voir personne . Contact téléphone seulement. Location conforme photos cependant maison mal entretenu bcp de poussière ce qui a fait que mes 3 enfants sont resté malades , odeur de vieillerie pour manque de aération. Fuites d'eau, problème de chauffage etc ...

Logement très mignon et rustique , qui suffit pour 3 personnes ! Avec ses grosses chaleurs , la fraîcheur du lieu était la bienvenue. Logement juste à côté de l'église (qui est magnifique). Propriétaire très sympathique ! Et merci à Élodie pour sa convivialité !

Petite maison sympathique pour une semaine de vacance. Dommage que les couvertures ne soient pas nettoyé après chaque passage. Le jardin ne m'a pas été montré lors du séjour contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur l'annonce mais pour ma part pas besoin. Sinon bon contact avec le propriétaire.

séjour à Auzelles

La maison est est sur 3 étages, une salle à manger prolongée par une petite cuisine, une chambre à l'étage avec 1 grand lit et 1 petit lit, une deuxième chambre avec un grand lit et à l'étage suivant la salle de bain. C'est une maison froide et très rustique qui mériterait quelques emménagements. Cependant, nous y avons passé d'agréables vacances pendant une semaine. Le côté "vieillot" de la maison nous ramène à plus de simplicité et d'authenticité et nous rappelle que l'avoir est parfois bien superflu ce qui est plutôt une bonne chose. Inutile de parler de la région elle est magnifique. Quant au propriétaire c'est un homme discret et à l'écoute des remarques qui peuvent lui être faites. Je recommande cette maison. Un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Dans le calme des forêts

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable à Auzelles. Maison rustique dans un cadre très calme, l'accueil a été chaleureux et le propriétaire est très à l'écoute quant à ce qu'il faudrait améliorer pour que le séjour soit parfait. Logement parfait pour une famille ou des amis très proches car les chambres à coucher sont en enfilade et il faut passer par la dernière pour accéder à la salle de bain à l'étage. Autre chose à savoir, s'agissant d'une maison de ville, le jardin qui apparaît sur les photos ne jouxte pas la maison, mais il faut la contourner pour y accéder. Seul petit hic, la maison n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée, il y avait des signes des locataires précédents, mais le propriétaire n'habitant pas sur place nous ne pouvons pas le blâmer. A conseiller à ceux qui aiment le calme, la nature, les balades et les activités en plein air.

Région enchanteresse mais...

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable en Auvergne, mais les paysages y sont pour la totalité. Il n'est pas question de remettre en cause la maison en elle-même (qui selon l'annonce se trouvait à Cunhlat, commune de 1200 habitants avec les commodités mais qui en fait se trouvait à Auzelles, 8km plus loin, très jolie bourgade de 300 habitants, ce n'est pas un problème en soi, mais ce fût déjà une première surprise, sachant que nous devions donc prendre la voiture pour n'importe quel besoin, famille avec 3 jeunes enfants). La maison en elle-même est une maison de bourgade, dans son jus, loin du confort moderne mais ce n'est pas un souci, au contraire je dirai, cela montre aux enfants que le confort n'est pas pour tout le monde, retour aux sources. Mais voilà, en surface, elle était relativement propre, en réalité, elle ne l' était pas. Nous avons donc commencé par faire place nette... Cela ne nous a pas gâché la semaine, mais, c'est dommage, nous avons la ferme intention de revenir très souvent en Auvergne, particulièrement dans cette partie là, le calme et la beauté des paysages nous ont fait un bien fou.
