"Quirky building hidden amongst others. Beautiful old staircase and lovely open air terrace, which was wonderful to sit in the sun with a beer. Nice clean room. Downside was having to use WhatsApp as a key to get into the building and the room. Clever but as traveling we didn't have WiFi or mobile data and so was forced to use our mobiles abroad and at a cost. Would have preferred a key. "Great hotel in a fab location in beautiful Tours, with everything in easy walking distance. The room was nice with an extremely comfortable bed and parking was easy (public parking under the hotel). The best part by far though we’re the people working there, so friendly and helpful and they all were fluent in English which was so helpful when we had an issue with our car, they found us a garage who could look at it that day.
