"This cabin was exactly what we needed for a family of ten. Plenty of space inside and out. Close to the lake and Sugarloaf marina, we rented a party barge Saturday and Sunday. We had a great time. The host was quick to respond when we needed him. Thanks!"

"This is my new favorite place to take my family in Arkansas for a vacation. Our ages ranged from 10 months old to 55 and it has something for everyone! The property is breathtaking and the house we rented is beautiful! We rode atv trails, we fished in all three ponds, and spent time looking at caves and at the private lake. We enjoyed the indoor pool as well as the game room. The house was large enough that everyone had enough space and the kitchen was amazing as well. I only had a few very small complaints that did not make our trip any less enjoyable. There really isn’t an outdoor grill to use, there were several light bulbs out and some of the ceiling fans were not working but there were other fans. . The owner actually stays on-site sometimes and in a bottom portion of the main house. This was concerning at first but he has his own entrance and it did not bother us at all. This is a very large property that requires a lot of work and now that I’ve been I understand that. Joe is very nice, very helpful and we are thrilled to have found this place! Can’t wait to go back!"

"This place was amazing and gave our family the best week!!! Having direct access to the lake made days on the water easy, and the small cove was the perfect place for the boat and water toys…just Be careful getting down the rock path. When we weren’t on the water, we enjoyed the pool table and the outdoor fire pit. This was also one of the best equipped rentals we have stayed in, which was nice. We cooked most every day and the kitchen had everything we needed. Dugan was easy to communicate with and we would definitely stay at his property again!"

"Very nice little place. Love that the lake was super close. Was hoping for a towel rack or towel holders behind the bathroom door to hang our towels up after use. Loved the balcony and hot tub. Overall very nice place. Thank you."
