Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.   
\-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.

House was perfect for us and the location is great in a quiet neighborhood with the ability to walk to coffee shops, food trucks and restaurants. We did not have time to get se cold plunge. We had an issue getting into property as the instructions didn’t mention a lock box to get key to unlock the gate. A call to their 800 number finally got us in after about 15 minutes of arrival so all was good. Would stay again.

#### Great home with modern touches

Bouldin village was an amazing place for us to stay during commencement weekend for the University of Texas. We had everything we wanted in a relaxed setting. Walking distance to south congress shops and an easy commute downtown.

#### Beautiful lodging in ideal location 

I stayed here with friends while we celebrated our 50th birthdays. The location is perfect. There is plenty to do and see in walking distance. Everything else is an easy drive from this location. The house and guest cottage are well appointed and very clean, modern and new. The I kubissie we ran into were some electrical issues with the hot water heater for the guest house and outdoor lights. The management team was extremely responsive even after hours.

#### Oasis!

This home is an absolute oasis in a fantastic part of Austin! The neighborhood is full of gorgeous new modern homes and is walking (or quick scooter) distance to SoCo. The home itself had everything we needed, furnishings were spot on with Austin flair. We had a few minor issues that were taken care of immediately, including bringing us some bags of ice! The backyard is fantastic with ample seating and a dipping pool for hot Austin days. We were a group of 7 ladies there for a birthday and all of us loved it. This place would also be perfect for families. Would 100% stay again.

#### Great location and hosts

Loved my stay, great location for a family or a few couples looking to enjoy Austin. The separate master bedroom build was a nice feature that increased personal space. Amenities including coffee were great and the kitchen well stocked.

Lovely property and great location. Close to great food, shopping, Zilker/ACL. Neighborhood has a great vibe. Check-in instructions omitted located gate information. Host stopped by in a timely manner to get us into property. Casita door didn't lock. Host very quickly addressed. Cool plunge pool was fun feature.

#### Cute neighborhood and even cuter place

I went on a long weekend trip with some family (all girls). There are 3 bedrooms but one is located at the Casita, which is separate from the main building. The "pool" is a large jacuzzi but worked perfectly for what we were looking for. They allowed us to check in a couple of hours early which was helpful. The property is beautifully.decprated and very clean. It was a 10 min drive to everything. My only siggifor improvement was that the jacuzzi was very dirty but there was no netting to use to clean it. We did contact the property manager that said someone would bring one by but that never came. Also, the beds on the bunk beds are extremely hard. It needs a couple of toppers. Overall a great stay and I would stay here again.
