"The staff, check in, amenities, and overall appearance, and feeling of the hotel was extremely clean, friendly and welcoming. We checked out very early to catch our flight and once we found out it was canceled. We returned back to the hotel, and they gladly allowed us back into our same room with no charges no questions. Just a very happy kind. “Absolutely we will be happy to help you.” This is extremely rare and we have stayed in over 14 different hotels during this trip and this one stood out head and shoulders above the rest! I give it five stars!"

"The check in took FOREVER. I don’t know what the reason was as when I asked ,” Is everything ok?” I was told it was fine. If the computers had been slow or there had been some sort of glitch, a simple explanation would’ve alleviated some frustrated people. Other than that it was a convenient place to sleep for an early morning flight out of Oslo."

"This hotel did exceed our expectations. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed the social lounge where my husband milled a couple of hours playing shuffle board and table-football. Don’t expect any tea/coffee amenities in your bedroom, there were 2x glasses for water. We did not have breakfast as we checked out at 5:30am. We didn’t check out with the receptionist as she was too busy chatting on her phone. We did use the espresso check-out service. Close to a charging station and McDonalds!"

"Well the Hotel is Brilliant, rooms are specious and clean, food like breakfast is really good and nice, also reasonable value for money, just 12 minutes to city centre with reliable trains, ( 6-8 ) minutes walk to the underground train station , Hotel surrounded with residential blocks of Flats , booking through the hotel reception much cheaper obviously which is not applied to any hotels I suppose :)"
