A private dock allows for GREAT FISHING or SWIMMING and BEAUTIFUL VIEWS. (Boat ramp is 5.3 miles from the house in Aurora and if you love to hunt this is the place to come.) Enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the large deck facing Bond Creek. Kayaks, firepit, picnic table, and grill for outdoor dining. Enjoy the quiet on the water away from your busy life.
