Three of the four lamps in my room did not work. The bar tender who served dinner while I was sitting at the bar was very polite and pleasant but she has had no training abiut servjng a meal.

Omni Shoreham Hotel
While the breakfast menu was satisfactory, the waiting time for a table was terrible. Also it was disappointing that a hotel of your size doesn’t have a proper restaurant for dinner. The task of dining was placed on your lounge area; a surprisingly inadequate choice.
