"Room was very small for a king bed. Shower had some mold, bathroom door seemed like it had water damage. Room wasn’t good enough for the price charged."

"Lobby was full. Receptionist couldn't get people checked in that used a 3rd party reservation center. She stayed on the phone with her manger the entire 37 minutes I stood in line with several other guests. I never checked in. Went down the road and stayed at another location. Sol trying to get my refund. "

"Don’t know if personal but the manager was extremely rude. I had traveled all night and tried to check in around 1:30 and was refused as if I came everyday trying to check in early. Place was pretty empty but I understand policy. Later the front desk gal had mentioned they were in desperate need of housekeepers so I made a point to talk with same manager when she came back on staff and she very rudely the next day said no we already fill all those positions. Stayed for few days and overall was ok experience with the rest of staff. Was very clean and the rest of staff was very nice or helpful. Had gal outside my room very loudly speaking on speaker phone for hrs in parking lot and lots of traffic upstairs. Am avid traveler and this is only complaint I left at any hotel in years. They do allow dogs and cats. One of only a few in like 20mile radius that allows cats."

"Clean room, warm and informative greeting at check in. At breakfast the staff person responsible was friendly and efficient. Management should have one more person to help out at breakfast both mornings. The number of people at breakfast was more than one person can handle for delivering service effectively as many people at once came for breakfast. "
