Unfortunately, the other room had a heating problem during a NYC deep freeze. The first night, the temperature was around 63°F. I contacted the front desk the next day, and they promptly sent a very polite and professional technician. The heat improved, though it didn’t fully reach a comfortable level; the second night it maxed out at 66°F. During checkout, Carolyn handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism.
