Very safe location, I was able to walk around late at night without worries. The best part was the excellent service from the front desk staff. "Our stay at Inti Luna was so great! The staff and owners are super nice and very accommodating. The breakfast that is included is amazing! The location was great. We have a car so the parking was very nice and safe. Its location is quiet and also walkable to everything. We loved everything about this place. will stay here again when visiting Banos."

"Luis and his family, have created a wonderful place to escape to nature. Modern style cabins with beautiful rustic location at the top of a picturesque mountain, from where you have an amazing view of the city both at day and night. Delicious homemade food, the warmest people, with high standard of quality and hospitality. The cabins have chimneys and the staff will set the fire for you if you need it. Awesome stay. I will definitely remember this cozy cabin forever! "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful! They had breakfast ready for us when we wanted it, called to have bikes delivered for us, and asked if we needed anything else. It was close to the thermal pools and quiet part of town. We enjoyed our stay!"
