The small boat harbour is 4 kms. The perfect location for families with all that nature and the outdoors have to offer, but also close to the Augusta skatepark and BMX track, kids are safe to have their adventure on bikes or explore the banks and shallows of the river. The cottage has a new modern well-equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area with smart TVs. The cottage has a queen bedroom and 2 singles in the 2nd bedroom with a separate bathroom and WC. The grounds of Riverscape offer that good old-fashioned holiday feel, with a lawn area and shady peppy trees. There are no laundry facilities in the house. There is a laundrette located on site. Enjoy a coffee on the patio or alfresco dining in the shared BBQ gazebo. You can walk to the river in less than 2 minutes and town in 10 mins. This easy-care holiday cottage is in a great position to enjoy all that Augusta has to offer. Facilities / Amenities Walk to the beach to swim or fish! The accomodation was a traditional older style small 2 bed cabin in a group of 12\. Neighbours pretty close by. Cabin was renovated with new kitchen, bathroom fittings, electrical upgrade and aircon. Comfortable in an away from home in the country sort of way. Nice bed, living room furniture a bit tatty, wooden chairs a bit hard. Location quite good though a drive to anywhere. It fitted Augusta’s low key atmosphere. I’d come back. ##### Ron M.
