This is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath new house in a quiet subdivision in Grovetown, Georgia. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper level that can sleep five. One bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom. There are twin beds in one bedroom and a day bed in the other. The downstairs master bedroom has a full SleepNumber bed and ensuite bathroom with a small private toilet room. The downstairs floor plan is open.
