We discovered there were no wardrobe or cupboard/draw facilities available for guests, just some small hanging in the bathroom was offered. She explained this complied with a different well known businesses rental standards which we had never used. For example, coats, handbags, shoes and other personal effects were left on display. The location was great, equipment good (bbq needs servicing, host advised). We have rented many VBRO properties with great success all depersonalised. "

"Lot of maintenance is needed. House is very old. (Rollerblinds, toilet door not closing, flyscreen door not closing, my husband fixed the doors as good as possible. Verandah not en closed so you can sit with your dog outside. But we did enjoy Augusta, it sounds bad but a little maintenance would be good for other people."

"The house was well presented and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the showers was good. It is always useful to have a washing machine available."
