"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cabin. The cabin was clean and super cute! It was amazingly quiet. We enjoyed the woodburning stove during the snow fall. It was perfect for our dog with the deck opening to a portion of the yard fenced in. A nice kitchen and washer and dryer we're very appreciated. A great host. We would definitely go back."

"The perfect get away. From sunsets to sunrise, star gazing, and grilling on the porch with an incredible view of the valley. Will have to come back for the fall foliage!"

"We had a great stay! The cabin was clean and had just enough space for our family. We absolutely loved the setting with frequent wildlife sightings and great spaces to relax and enjoy the mountain views. The host was attentive and checked in often to give inspiration for restaurants and activities nearby. Berkeley Springs is close enough to enjoy the town but far enough away to give you a true feeling of peace out in the woods. We loved our stay and are thankful to have found this little gem!"

"Everything we expected and more. Visited relatively early in the Spring so we're coming back in June to make better use of outdoor dining, etc. The cabin was super cozy and we made full use of the hot tub and fireplace. We really enjoyed our stay."

"If you are looking for a quiet rustic place this is the place to stay. Hot tub was clean. House was in good shape. The steps are a little challenging but it's a A frame cabin so space is limited so keep that in mind before you book. One suggestion would be a new AC on the second floor as is did not keep the area cool. Outside of that we enjoyed our stay and would stay again."

"The property is very clean on the outside. You walk in and you would never know it was a pet friendly hotel. The inside was spotless, as was our room and ding area.
Breakfast was good, nothing over the top, pancakes instead of waffles which was different. But hot, fresh and coffee 24 hours a day was a plus for me. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. Shelby at the front desk when we arrived was very helpful with helping us with the air conditioner. Oversight on our part , not the hotel. This was our second stay at this hotel and we will always use this one when we visit our daughter in Winchester. The price was extremely affordable and our king studio room was very spacious. Definitely be back again.
Thank you all!"
"My husband and I were in the area to ride the Potomac Railroad train as a dinner trip excursion for my birthday. We decided to stay overnight at The Keyser Inn. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room we had (the king suite) was excellent, and my husband was thrilled with the jacuzzi tub!
The breakfast is a continental breakfast, so it was simple, not elaborate, but enough to get you out the door and on your way. However, I would recommend that they offer water as a beverage instead of just orange juice and milk. I was not able to drink anything with my meal. I can’t drink coffee, and orange juice makes me sick, so my bagel and cream cheese was a little hard to swallow with no liquid.
I would definitely recommend The Keyser Inn. We will go back when we are in the area again!"
"This hotel was very clean. There wasn't anything we needed that we didn't have. The bed wasn't the most comfortable that we have experienced on an 11 day trip, but it was adequate, and we slept fine. Would definitely stay at a TRU hotel again!"
