"No one at desk when I checked in for 15 minutes (not what you want to do after driving 9 hours and cdn't get the app to accept my confirmation number so couldn't checkin online). The AC unit clicked loudly every 10 minutes - I had no sleep. I even had a sound machine and ear plugs in. Then, the other guests from another country who perhaps may be living at the hotel short-term had their kids running up and down the hallway at 5:00 a.m., and they took over the breakfast area so I didn't even attempt to eat breakfast. Hotel is worn. Not the best Tru by Hilton hotel I've stayed in."

"Being greeted by an alert and cheerful front desk person when checking in at 1 am set the tone for feeling comfortable about how the rest of the stay was going to go. i'll definitely try other Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham on my next trip. "
