The room was clean and the staff were very friendly, even when they were busy. The breakfast was excellent.
The biggest disappointtment of our stay was the car park.it was very tight to squeeze into the parking area and very expensive. Why there is not a single door of the width of the two single doors that could be raised to allow a much easier access, is a mystery to me.
On two of the four mornings a lorry was backed up to the rear entrance to the hotel preventing me from getting out for a few minutes.

We were beat after overnight flight to Dublin. Staff helped us find a nearby car park and was available for any and all questions. Room was clean and quiet. Just the place to get our feet back under us before we began our road trip. Also very centrally located - we walked all over central Dublin.

Refrigerator didn’t work. QR code provided for appliance instructions didn’t work. Had to figure out how the hot water worked. Provided a stained duvet for couch pullout bed. Replacement linen was provided, but it was sheets, no blanket, and no pillow cases. Also, the linen was dropped off inside the apartment while we were asleep. We found that quite odd.

"Our room was a bit tired and there was only a fan and it was very hot no air conditioning so we had to move rooms as we couldn’t sleep. Moved to a family room with AC but didn’t get any refund for the difference in room."
