"We had a wonderful stay at Novotel . The staff were lovely throughout — warm, attentive and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience feel special. Easily one of the best hotels we've stayed in. The one small thing that would have made it even better: when you buy items from the hotel stores, the billing has to be settled at reception, and there's no self-checkout kiosk. We ended up waiting in a fairly long queue, which was a bit tiring after a full day. That said, it's a minor point and not something we'd hold against an otherwise excellent stay. Highly recommended, and we'd happily return."

"My daughter and I just stayed for 1 night - we were staying in Paris for 2 weeks and had a early morning tour at Versailles so I decided to get this hotel so all we had to do the morning of the tour was to walk about 5 minutes to our meeting point which was at 9:15am - this hotel is a beautiful hotel and the convenience to Versailles just made it the perfect choice - the staff was very welcoming and was able to leave overnight bags with them in the morning before checking in and also when we checked out so didn't have to take them when we went to Versailles - that helped a lot - we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel my daughter wanted McDonalds which is very close by along with the train station so this hotel was really convenient - would definitely recommend"
