The house offers a large south-facing terrace and private and secure parking for 4 cars. On the ground floor you will find a large and bright TV lounge and fireplace with panoramic ocean views, a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room, a second reading and reading lounge, its second fireplace. A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet completes this level. Upstairs are three double bedrooms with ocean views, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with whirlpool, shower and toilet. The center of Audierne is about 5 km and the "Pointe du Raz", the most westerly of metropolitan France is only 12 km.
