The beach offers numerous water activities such as surfing, windsurfing, catamaran, paddleboarding, and canoeing. The regional water sports center is nearby. Saint-Julien Beach is 600 meters away, restaurants are 500 and 600 meters away, and a seafood market is just 200 meters away. The ferry terminal for the Île de Sein is 2 km away, and the town center with its port, shops, and a market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings is 1 km away. The location is ideal, and a car is not always necessary. A shared storage room is available for your bikes and windsurf boards. A small pet is accepted with its own bedding. The T3 apartment has been fully renovated, with new equipment and double glazing. It offers a bright, modern 60 m² living space. Seasonal rental for 4 people. There are two bedrooms of about 10 m² each, both with wardrobes: one with a 140 x 190 cm bed, the other with two separate 90 x 190 cm beds. A travel cot, duvets, blankets, and pillows are provided.
