It offers stunning views of the harbor estuary and features two balconies: one facing inland for afternoon sun and one facing the sea to watch boats and tides. Inside, there’s a comfortable living area, two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. A private parking space and bike storage are included. A direct access leads from the residence to the harbor promenade with cafes, creperies, and restaurants. The large, beautiful Audierne/Esquibien beach is a short walk away. Numerous hiking trails follow the coast to the spectacular Pointe du Raz. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. No dog allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
