Exceptional location: beach, port, bike path and shops accessible on foot or by bike (10 minutes). No sound of cars than the singing of the talking birds. For sports, romantic or family holidays, go grilling, swim without vis-à-vis, sunbathe, roll in the grass ...... It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 with beds 140 and one with 2 beds 90 and 2 cots, Italian shower, separate toilet, TV lounge, kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, ... ) large enclosed veranda of 45 m2, sunny, for dinners, lunches and siesta. Many games for children (kapla, lego, puzzle, books, DVDs, coloring, board games ....) South: large sheltered terrace with garden table and chairs In the East: terrace for breakfast, Large garden with barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, ping ping table, swing, hammocks, sandbox ....... Note the pool wood does not allow diving or bombs and offers a magnificent view of the meadows, birds, deer if you look good, swim with views of the sunset ..., it is secured by a gate. The back of the house is open on the meadows that border the Bay of Arcachon, possibility to go on foot or by bike to walk along the Bassin (circuit of 5 km) A 10 minute walk: Beach and Port of Audenge for tasting oysters / white wine and seawater pools with entertainment and children's games. A few minutes, bike path, hiking around the Basin, Canoe Kayak. Die ruhige Umgebung und der Blick ins Grüne sorgen vom ersten Moment an für Entspannung. Besonders der tolle Pool mit fantastischer Aussicht war ein Highlight – hier lässt es sich stundenlang verweilen und die Seele baumeln lassen.Das Haus selbst ist sehr sauber und bietet gemütliche Ecken zum Verweilen, sowohl innen als auch außen. Die Küche ist ausreichend eingerichtet, sodass man problemlos selbst kochen kann. Die Betten sind bequem, was für erholsamen Schlaf sorgt – insgesamt war der Aufenthalt einfach rundum erholsam.Ein weiteres Plus: Das Dorf ist zu Fuß erreichbar und bietet alles, was man braucht – kleine Läden, Bankomat, Einkaufszentrum und die Cabanes, wo man Austern essen kann. Auch schöne Strände sind in nur 30 Minuten erreichbar, perfekt für Tagesausflüge ans Meer.Die Vermieter sind unkompliziert, freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Au fond d'une impasse au fond du bois, une jolie maison, très tranquille, les voisins sont très discrets. Pas de vis à vie.La vue sur les champs avec les chevaux, la piscine, un peu vieillotte, mais très agréable et bien placée. Vous êtes à la campagne, proche de la mer.Par contre, oubliez la plage citée dans l'annonce pour vous baigner, elle est très belle, mais aussi très vaseuse. Audenge est dans le fond du bassin, donc peu d'eau et beaucoup de vase. Mais c'est très beau, il faut faire la ballade dans le domaine de Graveyron.Les propriétaires sont adorables et discrets.La maison est très pratique. Détente et calme assuré dans cette maison très agréable, spacieuse et cocooning. L'intérieur comme l'extérieur : reposant. a l'intérieur comme extérieur : tout y est.. il ne manque rien. Le plus : la piscine qui est face aux champs et chevaux : que du bonheur ! On peut aller jusque dans le centre ou port à vélo très rapidement ou à pieds. Es war sehr schön und wir konnten entschleunigen. In der Küche hat uns eine Karaffe gefehlt sowie ein Tablett, um die Speisen nach draußen zu tragen. Und die Kinder waren enttäuscht, dass es kein Lego gab, obwohl das im Inserat stand. Dafür gab es zahlreiche Puzzle und Kappla. Wir werden wiederkommen. Elle est bien agencée et confortable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Eliane qui se rend disponible si besoin. Son mari, Bernard a très bien accueilli nos enfants à la rentrée des chevaux dans leur box, ce qui ce qui a été une très belle expérience pour elles. Le seul bémol, c’est l’équipement de loisirs extérieur qui est vieillissant ou en trop faible nombre lorsqu’on a a des enfants. Notre séjour a toutefois été très agréable. Merci à Eliane et Bernard. Nous aurions aimé plus de conseils sur des trajets vélo hors des pistes cyclables, car beaucoup d'entre elles sont en bord de route, ou dans la forêt, mais pas ou peu signalées en bord de bassin. Nous avons trouvé notre bonheur, en interrogeant des passants, des sportifs en balades, bref en allant à la pèche aux infos !!. Nous aurions aussi aimé avoir plus de conseils sur les restaurants typiques, éventuellement à l'écart mais délivrant leur authenticité aux touristes de passage. Un seul nous a été proposé, mais on a eu froid tout au long du repas !! Les autres nous les avons trouvé seuls par questionnement des passants, par recherche sur le web. C'est du temps en recherche et sur un séjour court de trois jours sur place, il faut aller à l'essentiel !! Dementsprechend ruhig ist es auch. Trotzdem erreicht man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad den nächsten Bäcker und alles, was man braucht. Im Ort gibt es, ebenfalls Fahrrad- oder fußläufig dienstags vormittags einen kleinen Markt und in der Nähe des Hafens einen großen Spielplatz. Ebenfalls in der Nähe des Hafens ist ein kleiner, versteckter Sandstrand. Das Haus ist groß und bietet durch den Wintergarten auch bei schlechtem Wetter Abwechslung. Alle Zimmer sind ebenerdig, was für uns mit kleinen Kindern prima war. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und man hat viel Platz zum verstauen seiner Sachen. In der deutschen Version stand nicht drin, dass Handtücher (gegen eine geringe Gebühr) zusätzlich gebucht werden müssen und der Pool erst ab Juni geöffnet ist. Nichtsdestotrotz haben Eliane und ihr Mann den Pool schon eine Woche früher für uns gereinigt, so dass wir noch bei bestem Wetter und wunderschöner Aussicht schwimmen gehen konnten. We spend a week in Eliane's house and did indeed enjoy our stay. House is spacious and offer a lot to do when you do not want to go out and prefer to relax in. there are options to cool down in the hot days and sunny spots to enjoy the summer. Swimming pool was a great adventure to all of us. Eliene was very helpful during check and during our stay. There are a lot of games for kids and enough space to run around inside and outside. Notre rêve devenu réalité..... Nous sommes une famille 2 adultes, 2 enfants, 2 ados....(9/11/15/16ans),et tout est prévu et parfait pour que tout ce petit monde ,y trouve son bonheur. Eliane, charmante et adorable propriétaire, fait tout avec son cœur. Dans la maison tout est prévu, pour débuter les vacances sereinement. Les photos sont exact avec la réalité des lieux,même en bien mieux !Amoureux de la nature,des animaux, du calme,cette maison est un havre de paix.Tout en étant proche du centre ville ,de la piste cyclable et des commerçants. La piscine est superbe, la véranda confortable et conviviale, tout est propre,charmant et agréable. Le sourire d'Eliane, est aussi chaleureux que le soleil girondin.
