9.2/10 Wonderful! (880 reviews)
Bed linens and mattress, "tired."
Bath Towels, new/fine.
No Hilton Honor Points since we booked on Expedia. Found that out at check-in. Not pleased.
We were assigned a Connecting Room for our 3 night stay. Hotel not busy first 2 nights, third night family from hell our "neighbors." Took over 20 minutes for front desk to answer my call for help. All they did was call the offenders room.
Coffee in AM, burnt and poor tasting. Is it too much to ask for a good am cup of coffee?
