"We arrived around 4:30pm, two other customers was being taken care of and only had to wait a few minutes. Staff was friendly and check in was fast and easy. Unfortunately shortly after we arrived the hotel lost power. It didn’t return fully until after 10pm. No restaurants were open so we had to leave and find something to eat outside the hotel. It would have been nice and someone from the hotel would have made suggestions or made sure they had something available for guests. They made sure the generator was working for the slot machines and nothing else. It wasn’t anybody’s fault but there was no communication."
