DO NOT BELIEVE THE PHOTOS!! THEY LIE.

This place does not look like, and is not in reality anything like it's shown to be. We went as 3 generations of a family. The site advertised a beautiful pool and play area and it was this that led us to book it. When we arrived, later than expected and too late to go anywhere else, we found the pool closed 'due to safety issues'. It was bright green and stagnant and was obviously a health hazard. The children's play area was broken, dirty and weed-ridden. The house was not cleaned properly and the furniture was dirty and stained. The kitchen and cooking facilities were a joke and there were very few utensils. I have photos of all this but I don't think that I am able to post them on this review. They advertised long term rental in their reception and I think the majority of people there used it for that purpose. This was end of May, to start of June, so not out of season and within school holidays and we only booked it a few weeks before and there was no mention of the pool being closed. It's in a nice position for the coast but really not worth booking. It needs totally renovating.

Gedateerd renovatie is nodig

Een rustig park, niet veel lawaai. De buitenkanten van de huisjes zijn mooi, doch aan de binnenkant ziet het er gedateerd uit. De bedden waren te laag voor mijn vrouw alsook de zetel. Door de spierziekte raakte mijn vrouw zonder mijn hulp niet uit de zetel of bed. Wij nemen ook altijd een toilet verhogen mee en in dit vakantieverblijf was dit ook nodig. Er kwam koude wind door de rubbers van de voordeur en dit was goed te voelen wanneer je in de zetel zat. Dit zou zeker opgelost moeten worden.

Aufenthalt im Herbst

Wir waren in diesem kleinen Feriendorf sehr zufrieden und fühlten uns wohl. Im Häuschen war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Nur in der Toilette fehlte mir persönlich ein Waschbecken. Die Strände waren nur ein paar Kilometer entfernt. Cabourg, Villers-sur-Mer, Deauville.. Mit Problemen konnte man sich jederzeit an der Rezeption melden. Da möchte ich ganz besonders T. hervorheben, die sich ganz besonders bemühte, die Gäste zufriedenzustellen. Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Das Haus an sich war gut, leider nicht ganz sauber. Die Anlage war leider nicht gut. Der Schwimmbad war außer Betrieb, der Kinderspielplatz leider nicht zum Spielen einladend und der Waschmaschinen Bereich grausam. Tipp an alle: es ist kein Backofen vorhanden.

Zwembad is permanent dicht !

Vakantie geboekt voor onder andere het zwembad. Dit blijkt al lange tijd gesloten te zijn "for safety reasons". Maar er wordt wel mee geadverteerd op internet! Dit is misleidend! Je betaald er wel voor. Pas 4 weken van tevoren krijg je een bericht dat het zwembad gesloten is en krijg je 10 procent korting. Ik zeg oplichterij. Het huisje zelf was prima, eenvoudig maar compleet. De bedden zijn slecht hard en de kussens ook.

Minder dan het er uit ziet

Lokatie was gekozen met zwembad. Echter dit blijkt al een paar jaar gesloten te zijn. Dus verwacht ik compensatie. Tevens, bedjes heel smal. Niet voor 6 personen. De zogenaamde bedbank was bar slecht. Douche matig. Valgevaal bij uitstappen door hoogte verschil. Valgevaal bij deur naar buiten door opstaande metalen lip. Beter iets meer betalen voor wat comfort. DIt niet kiezen.

Goed als uitvalsbasis

Proper, als je niet in de hoeken kijkt. Lakens besteld, maar waren maar deels aanwezig. 1ste nacht moeten improviseren. Wc boven, is handig voor ‘s nachts, maar om je handen te wassen moest je toch naar beneden. Bestek en servies waren niet compleet zoals op de beschrijving, maar geen problemen mee gehad. Jammer dat het zwembad maar tot 19u open is. Na een hele warme dag is wat zwemmen, een aangename afkoeling. Ontbijt gevraagd, was er niet op de dag dat we gevraagd hadden. Dus service kan beter

Surprise, pas de piscine à notre arrivée (nous avons loué parce qu'il y avait une piscine) cuisine, vaisselle ,lave vaisselle et salle de bain très sales (obligés de faire passer un agent d'entretien) après 500 km ,nous étions très mécontents, local laverie : poubelle débordante et sol sale

Résidence et village d'Auberville agréables

Le logement était un peu trop à l'ombre et donc la terrasse aussi. On était un peu pénalisé par la piscine fermée et j'étais un peu déçue par le spa. Sinon c'était calme dans la residence.Les places de parking sont mal délimitées et il était compliqué de se garer en retour tardif le soir.Queques problèmes techniques avec la douche( paroi fixe ,robinet baignoire qui ne fonctionne pas), là chasse des WC qui fonctionne mal, le lave vaisselle lavait mal.

Petite maison fonctionnelle suffisante pour une famille de 5 personnes. Bâtiment un peu vieillissant et et les murs de la chambre des enfants étaient sales.

Avec la canicule, cela 'à pas du être facile. Propreté moyen. Vue sur la campagne, mais aussi un foutoir deux maisons au dessus. Un propriétaire paraît il. La dernière nuit blanche, une fête paraît il. L homme d entretien n à pas d échelle, donc monte sur les meubles ?? Le baby-foot cassé, dommage. Sinon, le spa top. Accueil super.

Peut mieux faire !

Vu le budget mis dans la location de nos vacances, nous ne pouvions pas nous attendre à mieux. Logement très simple, daté, pas d entretien véritable. Mais la ou ça ne passe pas, c'est la sécurité. La piscine est à banir !!! Trop de risque d accidents potentiels. Faire très attention avec des enfants.
