"I stayed in the hotel for one night only, but I could not judge it much. The staff members were great when they gave me access to the room after check-out to change from my business suit to casual clothes. Out of what I saw, the floor in my room was not clean. The hotel had maintenance and there were works at the front desk and materials in the corridor. The hotel was quite far from the nearest bus stop and the sidewalk was not convenient for carrying a suitcase."

"The reception staff did not appear to be aware of our booking via this web site. Showing the booking confirmation rectified this (fortunately there was a room available!). We were in town to visit friends, so didn't eat at the hotel, and cannot comment on the food. The staff were friendly, though the level of English was basic (even more so than our Russian!).
