Stillwater is a beautiful place, very picturesque and tranquil, definitely the place to go to relax.
Stillwater is a beautiful place, very picturesque and tranquil, definitely the place to go to relax. The views and wildlife are wonderful and the lodge itself is lovely, it has everything you could possibly need and a great welcome package to enjoy. There's a pub and shop within walking distance and plenty of places to visit if you hop in the car. I noticed other reviews mention the farm track leading up to the retreat, we have a very low car, with low skirts and found the track was not a problem at all . All in all we had a wonderful week there and definitely recommend Stillwater and look forward to returning.

James and katie were lovely hosts and made the stay feel special.
James and katie were lovely hosts and made the stay feel special. . The property was well appointed and the setting was extremely beautiful. Small downside is the quarter of a mile track leading to the house which is a little rough on the tyres. Also the double bed could have been a little more comfortable.Overall a lovely break in very peaceful surroundings.
