New or maintained like new, exceptionally clean. Staff and owner were very friendly and concerned that our stay went well. Only issue was a county road maintenance issue. We had to cross a broken out median to access the property. Gas and food were available within walking distance. Area was pretty quiet and we had a good sleep.

During the blizzard, the owner of the property allowed my son and myself to check in earlier than one p.m. He kept us informed about the weather and the highway closures. I felt safe and secure. Thank you.
