It was very clean, located in the downtown shopping district, and a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. I did have one minor misunderstanding with the owner regarding a beach cart; based on our messaging prior to our stay I believed we would have access to a beach cart, and we did not, which made hauling kids and gear to the beach more difficult. The owner thought of everything that one may need. There were clean towels, sheets extra blankets, shampoo, soap, conditioner , pots ,pans, cleaning supplies,laundry detergent, paper towels even a swing kit. We never had to go out and get “supplies”. The house was modern and extremely clean. We were able to park two cars in the back. The porch was so nice to relax and the awning was perfect for some shade. Plenty of room for all of us and the bonus deck was perfect for a nighttime game of cards. The owner went above and beyond with extra supplies including paper towels, shower supplies and a well supplied coffee caddy which does not seem typical for most rentals.
