Let’s keep the beach at the beach! Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation. No shoes inside – Helps keep the place clean and cozy. Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy! Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away. Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along. Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older. Fee Schedule: $500 for removing any or all guests/occupants. $500 for excessive noise. $500 for smoking. $500 for breaking any house rules. $1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects. $50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out. $50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests. We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules.
