Come visit the Beacon OC for some relaxation and fun! It is located in the heart Ocean City! 7 blocks to the beach and close enough to everything you need with many eateries and stores within walking distance! The unit is ground level with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room and laundry area. \*This property can also be rented with 2 units on another listing. This house offers a great stay within a close proximity to the beach and the best of Ocean City, close to it all! LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN: \-There is a living room with a comfortable couch, kitchen with all appliances, and a kitchen island with stools and kitchen table to seat 4. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: The ground level of the home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. BEDROOM 1 - 1 Queen Sized bed w/ ensuite full bath BEDROOM 2- 1 Full Sized bed w/ a Full Sized trundle bed BEDROOM 3- 1 Full Sized bed EXTERIOR: \-There is a shared yard with furniture, a grill and a fire pit. \-Shared with the upstairs unit. \-Please note that guests must provide their own firewood for the fire pit and propane for the grill. Everything was exactly as advertised in the listing, and the whole process from booking to checkout could not have been smoother or easier! About a 5-10 minute walk to beach/bpardwalk, depending on traffic and how much your carrying. House was comfy, fenced yard was the key feature. It accomodated having our pup with us which made vacationing more vacation-y. Has a great grill, fire pit, chairs and tables for eating, but we just utilized the adirondack chairs and small table. Driveway (2 cars) in the back for upstairs renters and a pass for the lot across the street for 1 car. Parking is free around the corner. We rented the first floor. Master bed is very firm and master bathroom is tiny, even for a tiny person. Didn't bother us, but should be noted for a pickier renter. Hall bathroom has a large tub so there's definitely room to wash off when needed. Livingroom has a large comfy couch and large tv. Diningroom was basic. 6 chairs. Kitchen was equipt for cooking. Coffee maker is kcups only. If you plan to boil water for more than 5 peices of corn bring a stock pot. They supplied 6 beach passes, linens, bath and beach towels, soaps for bathing and cleaning, 4 rolls of tp, 2 rolls of paper, towels and some trash bags. There were some left over plastic baggies, saran, plasticware, but not guaranteed. There was leftover propane, also not guaranteed. Overall we would plan another stay there.
