Welcome to 945 Central Avenue in the heart of Ocean CIty, NJ! This well-appointed, super clean, newer construction, top (second) floor unit features four bedrooms (all with Smart TVs), two baths, large open kitchen/living room with plenty of seating, gas fireplace, large screen Smart TV with surround sound, vaulted ceilings, a large front deck and a private, roof top deck with sweeping views from beach to bay. The downstairs unit is also part of the JiLLy’s stay group and is available for booking, as is the whole home (both units).

UNIT FEATURES
Enjoy the experience of a private, gated side yard, large gated porch, private outdoor shower and complimentary beach chairs, board games, and toys to enjoy during your vacation.
The open layout dining room has seating for six for family meals or game nights. The living room is spacious with plenty of seating to kick back and relax, a Smart TV with surround sound, and a gas fireplace.
The bright, open kitchen is stocked with cookware, silverware, glasses, paper towels and dish soap. There’s a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove top, and oven.
The primary bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub/shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a full size bed, and finally, the fourth bedroom also has a full size bed. The second bathroom has a bathtub. Each comes stocked with essentials.

New favorite beach spot!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was clean and welcoming. Plenty of room for our family of 7! Great location and and we were able to walk to the beach, restaurants, boardwalk and mini golf. We will definitely be back again!

This is our 18 summer going to ocean city ! We absolutely love it . This is our second time staying at one of Jillys properties and we love it . Looks like the photos , short walk to beach and easy check in and out . Will be staying again next summer !

Great location

Jody’s place was perfect for our girl’s getaway. The space is attractively furnished and has all the basics. It’s an easy walk to the beach. Jody was very responsive and easy to reach.

Beach Wedding Weekend

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Jody’s 2nd floor apartment. The apartment was very accommodating for me, my husband, siblings and their better halves. The Boardwalk and Beach are but a short distance (3 blocks at best) from the apartment. Don’t hesitate to contact Jody … he will respond immediately. This was our first time vacationing in OC … rest assured we will return to this lovely beach vacation island; but most importantly we will book again at another one of JiLLy’s accommodations!

Great family spot

Every year we travel as a family to Ocean city Nj for a week long vacation. We rent a house for 4 adults and 2 kids. The process this year was great no headache or issues. The jillys team was very communicating and east to get in touch with. We arrived early and they were able to easily accommodate us and remotely let us in They checked in via email to make sure we didnt need anything while we were there and to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Will look to ise them again next year.

Great location, not the most well kept, would stay again

We loved the location and ultimately would consider staying again. The key code lock is problematic as host warns when you arrive, and yes, we had the small issues they spoke of. Parking is a small issue, only 1 spot (SUV does not fit in the second spot which is the grass) so prepare to park a few blocks away since this street is metered parking only. There is mention of a welcome packet or instructions for check out inside home but none were found. House had some dirt and some things broken from previous renters, examples ripped couch, fire place ruined by marker or something, 2 out of 10 bulbs work in the dining room light, and unfortunately for my kids the tub did not hold/fill up with water and work properly. The home has small TLC updates that could go a long way but overall we had a great time together, lots of space and the location is wonderful. Additionally i'd like to thank the owner/renter for the small gifts they left! They left candy and even gift cards for my children at the local arcade and that was genuinely really nice and we were extremely thankful for that touch, the kids really enjoyed that! Thanks again!

Dirty

The house was in a great location. It was spacious and had great closet space. The owner would get back to me fairly quickly when I had questions. We were provided with 2 parking spaces, which was much needed. Unfortunately, the inside of the house was dirty and there were very little cooking utensils and pots and pans. There wasn’t a dustpan or brush available and the vacuum that was inside the property was filthy and didn’t work very well. There was sand all over the floors when I e checked in. I spent the first few hours after checking in just wiping down everything in the kitchen. The refrigerator didn’t look like it had been wiped out for weeks. There were cooking stains on the cabinets and something sticky on the countertop as well as the kitchen table. There was ample amount of dirt/dust under the couch. The king bed was so uncomfortable, it felt like we were sleeping on a bag of rocks. The air conditioner filter most likely needs to be replaced, both my son and my husband got sick during the week we stayed there. (Sore throat and cough….negative for Covid) It’s a great property and it’s in a great location. For the amount of money we spent I expected it to be clean.

Stay was great, weather turned out better than forecast. There are a lot of steps which was fine for my family, we anted to be the top floor, but would consider renting the first floor next year for my parents and ease of loading and unloading. Overall great house and location. The twin bunk room had some of the best mattresses in any rental I’ve used.
