The place was clean and comfortable. Enough space for the kids to get their own beds. Ocean City is fairly walkable but once we got our rented bikes the kids were able to get around even faster. The property is in a nice residential neighborhood walkable to the beaches and boardwalks. John, the owner/property manager was very responsive and helpful. He even brought us delicious donuts! Very clean and charming rental. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook. Beds were comfortable and bedding clean. The living room and sofa area was big enough for the whole family to hang out and play board games. The owner always responded within minutes of messaging him. Beach is about 10-15 minutes which was nice. The rental had a shower in the back to rinse off before going into house. The only con was that my family was on the bottom level and you could hear everything from the people above you. It was tough because I have little kids who needed to nap and sleep at night.
