Mixed furniture and no central AC make it feel off. Unit downstairs rented out separately, got pretty unlucky with younger people throwing a party and taking parking spot. Manager responsive and helpful, but the other people were definitely disruptive. Overall, location is solid and plenty of space. Price is pretty steep for lack of quality.
