This is an exceptional home that we have completely renovated. It has new beds/mattresses, appliances, furniture and beach decor. Primary Bedroom: King Bed / Bedroom 2: Queen Bed / Bedroom 3: Full over Full Bunk Bed / Bedroom 4: Two Full Beds The beautiful interior of our home features Italian Porcelain tile floors and the sleek, modern amenities offer our guests the highest-quality experience possible in their home-away-from-home. Perfect for family vacations and reunions at the Jersey shore. The living room is adorned with 3 reading chairs and large, plush sectional sofa where your guests can lounge in front of the flat-screen TV. Venturing over to the fully equipped kitchen you are sure to enjoy whipping up everything from gourmet meals to quick treats! Complete with black stainless steel appliances such as a 5 burner gas stove, microwave drawer, ice maker and large french-door refrigerator, you'll find everything necessary to satisfy any cook's dreams. Let your guests perch on drift-wood style bar stools where they can dine on the large quartz-countered peninsula or over at the quaint dining table set for 6. Down the hall on the first floor, you will find three bedrooms. The "sailors bedroom" is decorated in the navy and red nautical style that any beachgoer would love. This room has two full-size beds. Across the hall to the "coral room" where light, airy colors wash over you in your queen size bed where afternoon sunlight pours in. For the younger set, we offer the "driftwood dream" bedroom which has a full-over-full bunk bed with stairs sure to please any age guest! All offer plush mattresses and quality bedding for a peaceful nights sleep. (Guests must provide their own sheets). The full bathroom is decorated with beautiful modern quartz vanity and porcelain tile tub/shower. Those staying in the second-floor primary bedroom will enjoy the king size bed with a gorgeous private master bath. The walk-in shower boasts a pebble floor and corner seat fit for royalty! Outside, you can enjoy preparing tasty meals on the large Weber gas grill after rinsing off in the private exterior shower with hot and cold water which feels great after a day on the beach. And don't forget about the indoor après-beach bar stocked with beverage glasses and utensils where you can mix up a cocktail to take on a short stroll over to the bay for a sunset happy hour on onto the rooftop deck for a relaxing evening wind-down. Convenient off-street parking allows for several vehicles and visitors. Guests must bring their own towels and bedsheets. I was a little hesitant as this place was more expensive than some of the other properties that I looked at but it was well worth the money! There were only a few steps to get inside, the living area was on the main floor with only 1 step down to the living area and a spacious master suite upstairs. The tile floors look like aged driftwood but are ceramic tile! It was so clean and new inside. We appreciated all the extras like the beach tags, beach chairs, bikes, the separate ice maker for a never ending supply of ice, the private outdoor shower with hot and cold water and the huge capacity washing machine and dryer. Everything was brand new! We ended up cooking quite a bit and everything you could need was provided. I especially appreciated the sharp chef's knife! The weather was not cooperating so we didn't get to spend any time on the rooftop deck but we could see how it would have been a lovely place to relax. Did I mention the outdoor grill was brand new and heated up within minutes. The property is a short walk to the beach. The owner was super responsive to my questions and even let us know that we could check in earlier than we expected. I would love to rent it again. ##### Esther K. The layout is perfect and everything is new and pristine. The kitchen is VERY well stocked (the only thing we needed an weren't provided was a cheese grater). There is a giant ice maker that is SO handy. The beach is a very short walk away - even my 3 year old could handle it twice daily for the week. Spacious living room and couch for all of the people in the house. The outdoor shower was beautiful and brand new, very easy to use. Plenty of parking! A pack and play fits in the master bedroom walk-in closet which is KEY for traveling with an infant! The owner was very communicative and answered any emails very quickly. The rooftop deck was great, as well! The only small complaint is that the floors were VERY sandy when we arrived and other areas of the house were clearly not vacuumed well. There were many long strands of hair in the master bedroom when I arrived and crumbs on the kitchen floor. I'd also like to see the vacuums provided upgraded, because they weren't great for the tile floor. It's somewhat of an inconvenience that sheets and towels are not provided, but I understand this isn't unheard of. Overall, a wonderful house with beautiful new amenities and a wonderful layout in the perfect location. ##### Denise F. Only two short blocks from the beach. House is clean and inviting. Kids all had a great time and parents enjoyed the roof deck (though a lot of stairs!!) and the big living room at night. Our whole family, ages 2-83, enjoyed this house. It was a short walk to a nice beach. It was also not far to the Wawa, restaurants, take out places and stores. The house was clean and updated too. The house is beautifully decorated and very inviting. The kitchen is newly updated and has some great features such as an ice maker and farm sink. There are plenty of beds and bedrooms for everyone and the master suite is huge with lots of space to stretch out. The master bath shower is amazing ! At night, the roof top deck was a great place to hang out with family and friends. We all agreed that of all the houses we have rented in Brigantine, this one was by far the best! ##### Doreen C.
