Never again

First night I was there I came back to the room at 1230. The electronic key pad wasn't working at all. I called both numbers available to me to get assistance. I heard back at 6:03 am. I had to hop the unmanned counter and take a room key after waiting for God knows how long to enter my room. Also, the parking lot is severely too small and does not accommodate enough space or spaces to park. I've stayed at dozens of places over the years in OC. I'll never stay here again.
