Home has a king bed in master suite and queen beds in the other bedrooms. Powder room, washer and dryer located on the first floor. Five TV’s, cable TV and Internet. Chefs equipped kitchen. Home is modern and stylish. Shed for bike and beach chair storage if needed. Hot Spring Spa, Gas Grill and Dining table and six chairs on deck outside of Dining area off the rear of the house. Minimum stay is 7 nights . All weeks start on Saturday @4PM with check out at 11AM the following Saturday. Property is easy to show should you be in the area. Pillows and bed comforters/quilts supplied. Bed linen and towels supplied by guests. This property is pet and smoke free. A separate lease will be required between owner and temporary tenant upon booking.
