We comfortably fit 10 adults and our little dogs all together for the New Years weekend. It's difficult to find a rental with enough queen size beds for a group of adults, so this place was a great find. We stayed in the fall, but during a weekend of the crafts festival. The property was very clean and has a modern feel to it. During our stay, the street was quiet, and it was literally a 1 minute walk to the boardwalk with access right there. Awesome front porch for sitting and relaxing. It's just a very short walk to the boardwalk and the beach. It's near the north end of the boardwalk which is nice and quiet. That being said, once you are on the boardwalk, it's a very short walk to Gillian's. This is where they have the amusement rides for the little ones. The home was in great condition.
