When checking in the clerk seemed upset that we had a service dog and was asking a lot of questions and making statements to make it seem like a pet so we wouldn't stay because no pets were allowed. I expected a little better of an experience because of all the good ratings it had compared to others. I have stayed at lower rated places that seemed better kept up then this place but it was ok for the 1 night we needed it. Breakfast was a huge disappointment, the bagels seemed old and there was only a couple of muffins or hard boiled eggs.

There were hairs and a smudge of blood in the bathroom, rings on the night tables which obviously show that they didn’t wipe them at all. I had to clean myself. No real milk at the breakfast counter, tables still had chairs up. Just untidy and uncaring atmosphere.

I booked a room here specifically because I was checking in late. The web page said 24/7 front desk. I got there at about 1:30 AM. The front door to the lobby was open. I rang the bell on the desk and no one came. I called their front desk on their local number three times and let it ring and ring about 20 times and no answer. I also had pounded on door to the office loudly multiple times and no answer. Ended up having to go to another hotel down the street. It was a totally agravatting situation and a huge waste of time.
