Key features include a spacious open layout, fully equipped kitchen, TVs in every bedroom, elevator, linens, bath towels, beach tags, gas grill and free wifi that provides everything you will need for a quiet and enjoyable family vacation. The first floor has two bedrooms with two twin beds in one bedroom and one king bed in the other. They both share a full bathroom that contains a tub. A washer and dryer is located in a utility room just as you enter the house. Access to the back deck and yard is available through the one bedroom. The second floor contains 3 bedroom/bathroom suites for privacy and comfort. Each bedroom contains a 42' plasma or LCD TV along with queen beds. Beautiful walk in tiled showers. The front master bedroom contains a queen bed and an additional twin bed and opens up to a large patio deck with ocean views. The house itself made up for the bad weather. It’s very spacious, with three master bedrooms and two additional bedrooms with their own bathroom downstairs that were perfect for the kids. The kitchen was huge and easy to cook in, and the two large dining tables made it so easy for all of us to gather together for meals.We had a group of nine (my family of five, my sister and her husband, and my parents), and everyone had plenty of room to spread out while still feeling connected. The fenced-in yard was gorgeous with bright green grass, and the multiple decks gave us space to relax and enjoy the surroundings when the weather allowed.Overall, it was the perfect house for a big family getaway. We were first time visitors to Brigantine. We enjoyed lots of walks, Shark Park, the beach, StoryBook Land, the Zoo and more. Having an elevator was amazing! It made bringing luggage in and out so easy. The kitchen table was big enough for all 9 of us to sit and eat or play games. the Pool table was a great way to spend time and teach the kids how to play. It’s really close to the beach. The men particulary enjoyed rhe pool table. The house was very clean. Everything we needed was there. Had a very small plumbing problem. Pat took care of it within a few hours. This time with family from out of state and they all will be coming back next year. Home is big enough for all of usbto have space. Beds are comfortable. Home is clean and well stocked with whatever you need. My 80 year old mother appreciated the elevator. First and foremost, having an elevator running on all 3 levels was extremely important to use, especially those of us with orthopedic issues. All the beds were very comfortable, the entire house has loads of windows, decks and was very well equipped. Because of our large group, we were able to sit together around the dining tables and on the sofas and chairs in the living room. Two of the decks had sufficient chairs to accommodate all of us at one time. From the front decks you can see the ocean -- the house is just 4 houses away from the beach-- so its a short walk to a little bit of heaven. And if the sand and beach are not your forte, there is a sea wall running 1/4 mile long, lined with benches if you need to rest. Our hosts, Pat and John were available for any questions we had and responded immediately. We look forward to returning next year. Our thanks to our hosts !!! ##### Louise N.
